We meet at the base camp office on Vineyard Dr before every expedition. Parking is free, and directions to each trailhead are included in your briefing pack.

Expeditions leave at the times printed on your route plan. If you arrive early, the office kitchen is open and the coffee is always hot.

We supply tents, pads, meals, water, and headlamps. You bring sturdy boots, a warm layer, a light jacket, a refillable bottle, and anything you want for your own comfort. The full gear list is in the briefing pack, and the office can lend most missing items at no charge.

Yes, on selected routes. Children aged ten and older can join the dune crossings and the night camps when accompanied by a parent. Slot canyon treks and photography tours are limited to travelers aged sixteen and older. Call the office and we will match you to a child friendly route.
